Troubleshooting 8-13

PCI Slot LEDs

The PCI slots #1 and #2 on the rear panel have PCI hot-plug LEDs.

PCI Hot-Plug LED

When the server is powered on, the power is supplied to the PCI board slot that contains the board,
and PCI slot power LEDs light green.

This LED is available only when the operating system is Windows Server 2003.
If the driver of a Hot Plug PCI board is stopped and then the PCI board is logically disconnected
from the system, or if the PCI board is additionally installed and its driver is being setup, this LED
blinks in green. Upon completion of disconnection of PCI board and the slot is powered off, this
LED goes off.
If an error occurred on PCI board or the slot installed the PCI board, this LED lights in amber.
