NI 4071 7½-Digit FlexDMM Calibration Procedure

Verifying 2-Wire Resistance

To verify the 2-wire resistance of the NI 4071, complete the following steps:
1.

Plug in the insulated banana plug shorting bar across the

and

banana plug connectors

on the NI 4071.

Wait one minute for the thermal EMF to stabilize.

Call the niDMM Reset VI.

Call the niDMM Config Measurement VI and select the

Resolution in Digits

instance.
