Falcon II Outdoor series printers – Maintenance Manual

Step 18 :

Remove the 6 screws and 4 hexagon spacers fixing the Mainboard assembly.

1 = Mainboard assembly

2 = HDD_Extension board assembly

3 = Hexagon spacer

4 = Screws (M3x6)

5 = Cooling fan assembly

6 = Screws (M3x20) fixing the cooling fan assembly

7 = I/F guide

8 = Screws (M3x8) fixing the I/F guide

Step 19 :

Replace the HDD_Extension board assembly.

Step 20 :

Replace the Mainboard assembly.

Step 21 :

Reinstall all parts in the opposite order of the removal procedure.

Step 22 :

Perform media sensor sensitivity adjustment following the "Media sensor sensitivity adjustment" procedure.
