The shimming washers are supplied in the follow-

ing sizes: 0.6 - 0.8 - 1 - 1.2 mm (0.0236 - 0.0315 -

0.0394 - 0.0472 in).

•

When a shim occurred, refit the cover

again as described above and try again

shifting the gears. Make sure the cou-

pling is in order, tighten the nut on the

secondary shaft with a special tool

code 14905400 and secondary shaft

seal tool code 12907100.

Secondary shaft locking nut

12.90.71.00

Tool to lock the secondary shaft

•

Tighten the nut, with a gravel hit on the

shank of the nut at the groove of the

shaft so as to create the retaining nut.

•

Tighten the screws that secure the cov-

er to the box and remove the pre-se-

lector shaft.

•

Insert the control lever on the pre-se-

lector shaft locking it with a screw.

•

Fully tighten the pawl seal cap.

Refitting of the inner clutch body on the shaft

and clutch control unit on the box side shaft

•

The seal ring (OR) (9) between bearing

and inner clutch body.
