Insert the grooved drum together with shims in the

box and fit:

The 1st- 2nd - 3rd - 4th gear shift forks on the slid-

ing sleeve on the secondary shaft.

Looking through the hole of the speed retaining

pawl, it must appear one of the six niches for speed

retaining on the drum in axis with the said hole.

The fork nibs in the drum grooves; to place the

forks nibs in the drum grooves, use a special tool

code 14929300.

The pawl in the hole on the box, the spring and the

cap (1) by screwing it temporarily. Insert the sup-

porting rod on the sleeves control forks.

Install the neutral indicator (2) on the box.

Refitting the clutch shaft on the box

As a first step must be refitted on the clutch shaft

the following parts operating as follows:

•

Insert the transmission gear bearing

(3) on the shaft with coupling directed

towards the cover.

•

Insert the coupling sleeve (4) on the

shaft with the couplings directed to-

wards the transmission gear bearing.

•

Insert the Belleville springs (5) using

the fitting position as shown in the fig-

ure.

•

Fit the flexible coupling cap (6).

•

With a special tool code 12905900

placed on the flexible coupling cap

press with the springs until it is possible

to fit the two seal semi-sectors in the

special slot on the clutch shaft.

•

Fit the thickness nut on the shaft.
