RS-422/485 Communication Setting Items
Baud rate (F-32)
The baud rate can be set as [1 200 bps], [2 400 bps], [4 800 bps], [9 600 bps], [19 200 bps],
[38 400 bps], [57 600 bps], or [115 200 bps].
By default, [9 600 bps] is selected.
Data bit length (F-33)
The output data bit length can be selected as [7 bit] or [8 bit].
By default, [7 bit] is selected.
Parity (F-34)
The parity bit setting can be selected as [No], [Odd], or [Even].
By default, [Odd] is selected.
Stop bit (F-35)
The stop bit setting can be selected as [1 bit] or [2 bit].
By default, [1 bit] is selected.
Terminator (F-36)
The terminator setting can be selected as [CR] or [CR+LF].
By default, [CR+LF] is selected.
Decimal point (F-37)
The decimal point for output data can be selected as [No] or [Yes].
By default, [No] is selected.
Address (F-38)
Sets the address for communication.
Set within the range [0] to [31] in increments of [1].
By default, [0] is selected.
RS-422/485 selection (F-39)
The communication method can be selected as [RS-422] or [RS-485].
By default, [RS-422] is selected.
RS-485 data delay time (F-40)
Sets the data delay time for RS-485 communication.
Data returned from the OPT-564 can be delayed if the host transmission terminal changes to
low-impedance state after host transmission ends.
Set within the range [000] to [999] in increments of [10 ms].
Set to [001] by default.
The power must be turned off and then back on again in order to refresh changes to settings.
