CHECK Value

Sets the analog output when the

key is held down. (F-20)

Setting range: 0 to 20

Output:

(Maximum analog output – Minimum analog output)/20 × Preset value

For example, if the maximum analog output is 10 V and the minimum analog output is 0 V, the analog

output when the

key is pressed will be (10 V – 0 V) / 20 × 20 = 10 V.

By default, this is set to [16].

Rotation Detection Input Signal Format

The rotation speed can be detected by connecting a rotation detector (MP-9820).
The rotation speed detection method used for the rotation detector can also be set. (F-24)

Setting range: 0 to 3

Rotation detection is not performed.

1:

Measure using 2 rotation detectors

Rotation is detected using the rotation detector 2 input signal. The rotation

direction is detected using the signal phase.

2:

Measure using 1 rotation detector. The rotation direction is detected using the

external input signal.

Rotation is detected using the rotation detector 1 input signal. The rotation

direction is detected using the external input signal (Rotation POL.).

3:

Measure using 1 rotation detector. Rotation direction cannot be detected.

Rotation is detected using the rotation detector 1 input. The rotation direction

cannot be detected.

By default, this is set to [0].

The number of gear teeth for rotation detection can be selected. (F-25)

By default, this is set to [0].

When using this, be sure to set this to match the number of teeth on the gear wheel used. The standard
rotation detection gear wheel on our torque meter has 120 teeth.
