Analog Output
CAUTION
The analog output is set for the four types of calibration data varied by F-59.
The [Torque analog output maximum display value] (F-21) or [Rotation speed analog output
maximum display value] (F-22) function setting should be applied to each set of calibration data
together with [Analog output fine adjustment].
This equipment provides six types of analog output: torque analog output in the form of [Voltage
output (Standard model)], [Current output (Optional model)], and [Frequency output (Optional
model)], and rotation speed analog output in the form of [Voltage output (Optional model)], [Current
output (Optional model)], and [Frequency output (Optional model)].
The torque current output should be used after adjusting the voltage output.
The analog output includes variable output components when the power is first turned on.
Wait approximately one hour after turning on the power to ensure stability in use. The frequency
output does not include a scaling function. The torque transducer output is output unmodified.
Torque Analog Output
The maximum and minimum analog outputs for the standard model are set to a torque display of
between 0 and 10,000.
The maximum value can be altered as desired by changing the F-21 setting.
Make sure that the function mode F-21 setting does not exceed the maximum display value set in
Section 4-4-4.
Otherwise scaling may not be performed correctly.
