If a schuko commander is to be used, plug the commander into the appropriate
outlet. If the cables are used, connect all cables appropriately
– the PE cable to
the PE conductor, the N cable to Line2 and the L cable to Line1.

Press the
START
key.
Expected results
In a normal situation when no faults are present, the measured single fault leakage
current should be well below the defined limit (3.5 mA) as seen in the picture below.
Expected results with a simulated error
There are to possible errors that can be simulated with the Application Trainer:
To introduce a single fault leakage current enable the switch
S16
.
To simulate a fault current between the L1 and the PE conductors enable the
switch
S28
.
