Open the side access door by pushing up on the door latch as shown.
You DO NOT need to switch off the printer before opening the side access door. It is quite safe to
access the side door of the printer, as there are NO HOT OR ELECTRICALLY CHARGED
AREAS EXPOSED when the side door is open.

From the side door opening, grab the paper with both hands and slowly remove it from
the printer, taking care not to tear it.

If you cannot see or grab the paper from the side door opening, look for a jammed sheet
of paper in Tray 1 area.

Remove the jammed sheet carefully from Tray 1 if found, taking care not to tear it.
6.
Look in the output tray, for a jammed sheet of paper.
7.
Remove the jammed sheet carefully if found.
8.
Slide Tray 1 back into position.
9.
Close the side access door and then press the OK/Resume button to continue printing.
The printer will resume printing your document from the last page printed before the paper
jam.
Make sure the side access door is fully closed. Otherwise, paper jam will occur again.
