Operating Manual

Gas Check and Calibration

135

OMBG3000 – Rev1

Reconnect the system tubing by
connecting the QRC to the top of
the catchpot.



Note: Ensure that the
coupling ‘clicks’ in to place.

No image

Remove the regulator from the gas
bottle and store both
appropriately to avoid damage.

Open the gas inlet and gas outlet
valves.



Note: The drain valve is to
remain closed.

Warning

It is critical that the connections are fully secured to
ensure that no gas leaks in to the main enclosure.

Once the BIOGAS 3000 tubing has been reconnected, it
is recommended that a

Pressure Test

be completed to

ensure that the system is leak free.
