external cables and power cords.

Removing the CPU Fan and Heat Sink Assembly

Locate the CPU on the system board.

Locate and disconnect the CPU fan cable from the CPU Fan6 connector.
Note:
T
he microprocessor speeds are automatically set for this server so you
do not need to set any microprocessor frequency-selection jumpers or
switches.
Attention:
When you handle static-sensitive devices, take precautions to
avoid damage from static electricity.
