To create the asymmetric double windrow

(A)

and

(B)

, first

swivel the windrow-forming shields to the right-hand side

(R)

and then to the left-hand side

(L)

To make the first windrow, swivel the windrow-forming
shields completely to the right-hand side

(R)

. At the same

time swivel the tongue completely to the right-hand side,
so that the tractor drives over the previous windrow.

To make the second windrow, swivel the windrow-forming
shields completely to the left-hand side

(L)

. At the same

time swivel the tongue into a position closer to the tractor
so that the tractor can drive over the previous windrow
that, in this case, is very close to the unmown grass.

The mechanical stop of the swivel cylinder stops the cylin-
der exactly where the implement is going to drive when
this windrow is made.

The asymmetric equipment consists of:

• A windrow-forming shield extension.

• An hydraulic equipment for moving the windrow-form-

ing shields.

• A mechanical stop that is on the swivel cylinder on the

tongue.

• A compression springs in the

TopSafe™

system.
