6 - WORKING OPERATIONS

Working in the field

Place the implement in working position. In working posi-
tion drive clockwise for some rounds

(A)

so that there is

space to turn at the ends of the field. The preparation of
the headland ends when you mow the outermost round,
driving counter-clockwise

(B)

Then the field is ready to be harvested in one piece, or
divided into sections, as required

(C)

. The speed varies

The swivel gearbox allows unlimited turning to both sides
without causing any vibrations. Turning in the corners of
the field is reduced from the usual approximately

Connect the Power Take-Off (PTO) carefully and increase
to the correct number of RPM,

on the PTO,

before you work in the crop.

Under load, keep the

When you mow the field, set the single-acting hydraulic
outlet of the tractor for raising/lowering the implement in
floating position.
