Demand Regulator

NOTE: Use the blow-apart in the back of the

manual to help ensure correct assembly.

1) Install the exhaust flange, gasket, and screws onto

the regulator body. Use Loctite

222 to secure the

Align the flange and the gasket.

Apply a drop of threadlocker to the screws.

Install and tighten the two screws that hold the

flange in position.

WARNING

The gasket that sits between the regulator

exhaust flange and regulator body must

be in place. Without this flange, the regu-

lator will leak and drowning could result.

Install the exhaust valve in the regulator body.
