:
SourceMeter instrument channel (for example,
smua
).
bias:
Pulse bias level in amps.
start:
Pulse sweep start level in amps.
stop:
Pulse sweep stop level in amps.
limit:
Voltage limit (for example, compliance) in volts.
ton:
Pulse width (for example, on-time) in seconds.
toff:
Pulse off time in seconds.
points:
Number of pulse measure cycles.
buffer:
Reading buffer where pulsed measurements will be stored.
If this is
nil
when the function is called, no measurements
will be made when the pulse train is initiated.
tag:
Numeric identifier to be assigned to the defined pulse train.
sync_in:
Defines a digital I/O trigger input line. If programmed, the
pulse train will wait for a trigger input before executing each
pulse. This parameter is optional.
sync_out:
Defines a digital I/O trigger output line. If programmed, the
pulse train will generate a trigger output immediately prior
to the start of
ton
. This parameter is optional.
sync_in_timeout:
Specifies the length of time (in seconds) to wait for input
trigger (defaults to 10s).

(true or false) Whether to abort pulse if input trigger is not
received before
