8 Special procedures

Click the Auto Detect button to have the programmer
detect the device type and verify the connection to the
circuit board.

Select the first row in the list and click the Change
File… button.

Select the correct sof file for the circuit board (e.g.
R3300_R2_00.sof for release R2.00 and R3300 circuit
board).

Mark the Program/Configure check box.

9.

Click the Start button and wait for the download to com-
plete (takes a few seconds).

10. Volatile installation is typically followed by a permanent

install. Refer to chapter Manual update for instructions
on how to do this. The volatile install is voided if the unit
is powered off before the software is permanently in-
stalled.
