CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS

Manual transmission model

1. Depress the brake pedal and then

the clutch pedal to stop the vehicle

completely.

2. Place the shift lever in the "N" position

while the clutch pedal is depressed.

3. When the clutch pedal is released,

the engine automatically stops. At this

time, the idling stop system indicator

light comes on.

4. When the clutch pedal is depressed,

the engine automatically restarts.

When the engine restarts, the idling

stop system indicator light turns off.
