CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS

Door Open Warning Light

The door open warning light comes on

if any door is not fully closed when the

power mode is switched to "ON" (models

with passive entry and start system) or the

starter switch is turned to the "ON" position

(models without passive entry and start

system).
For models with MID, this message

appears on the display at the same time.

Models with Passive Entry and Start

System

The warning buzzer will sound if door

locking is attempted by pressing the

request switch on the door handle or the

lock button on the electronic key when

the doors are open. If this warning light

is displayed, the doors will not lock even

if the request switch on the door handle

or the lock button on the electronic key is

pressed.
