IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Trailer Towing

The vehicle is designed for passenger and cargo transportation, however, when using

the appropriate equipment, you can tow a trailer under certain conditions.
Towing a trailer has a significant influence on handling, performance, braking, durability

and fuel consumption.
For your safety and that of others too, use equipment specifically designed for your

vehicle. Improper equipment or installation can cause damage to your vehicle and

possibly personal injury. Additional care and cautious driving habits are essential when

towing a trailer.
Damage or malfunction caused by towing a trailer for commercial purposes are not

covered by Isuzu warranties.

WARNING

• Follow the recommendations in this manual before towing a trailer. Failure to do

so could result death or serious injury. For further details, contact the nearest

Isuzu Dealer.

The loading and weight limitations shown below must be followed for your continued

driving satisfaction.

Weight Limits

WARNING

• Never exceed the weight limits indicated below. Exceeding the weight limits is

dangerous. It will cause damage to your vehicle and possibly result in personal

injury. Check weights and loading at a commercial scale or highway patrol office

that is equipped with scales.

Gross Combined Weight (GCW)

The gross combined weight (GCW) rating

equals the combined weight including

passengers and cargo weight of your

vehicle (including all vehicle accessories)

plus the total trailer load.
