IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

Manual Emergency Call

In the event of an emergency, such as a traffic accident or a sudden illness, you can

make an emergency call manually by using the eCall system.

1. Check the indicator light. If the

indicator light comes on red, the eCall

system cannot be used. In this case,

request a rescue without using the

eCall system (using a public phone

around the vehicle, etc.).

CAUTION

• When manually making an emergency call, stop the vehicle in a safe place

before using the eCall system.

NOTE

• Once the SOS button is pressed,

the audio system will automatically

be muted so that it will not interrupt

the call with the operator. However,

if a non-genuine Isuzu audio

system is installed, it is not muted

automatically. Mute the audio

system manually.

2. Press the SOS button for 1 second or

more.

NOTE

• Do not press the SOS button, except in the event of an emergency.
