CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS

Idling Stop System OFF Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on when the

idling stop system is deactivated.
This indicator light flashes in the following

conditions. At this time, a warning buzzer

(continuous beep) sounds and a message

appears on the MID. These operations

continue until the power mode is in "OFF"

(models with passive entry and start

system) or the starter switch is set to the

"LOCK" position (models without passive

entry and start system), or the engine is

started manually.

• If the engine hood is opened

• If an idling stop system or related

system abnormality occurs

When the idling stop system OFF indicator

light does any of the following, the idling

stop system or related system may be

faulty. Please contact the nearest Isuzu

Dealer.

• When the idling stop system OFF

indicator light flashes when the

warning buzzer is not sounding.

• When the idling stop system OFF

indicator light remains on when the

power mode is switched to "ON"

(models with passive entry and start

system) or the starter switch is turned

to the "ON" position (models without

passive entry and start system).
