Lock master
Bearer of the master code of a lock, who administers the codes (PIN codes and code
cards with user identification data) of the users of the lock. Whether the lock master
can open the lock depends on the settings in the user matrix. Also see

Manager code
Caution
The system is not protected with the ex works version of the
system manager code.
Due to security reasons, change the ex works version of the code
as soon as possible. Avoid using numbers, which might be
guessed at by people with access to your personal data. Test
entering new codes repeatedly with the safe open.
For every lock there is exactly one manager code assigned to user no. 225 (lock
manager). This code is stored in the lock and cannot be deregistered. With the
manager code of lock 1, the

, you can modify system settings.
Therefore, this code also is called
system manager code
, in short system code. Ex
works the manager code for locks of VdS class 2 is

and for locks of class 3

Master code
Caution
The system is not protected with the ex works version of the
master code.
Due to security reasons, change the ex works version of the code
as soon as possible. Avoid using numbers, which might be
guessed at by people with access to your personal data. Test
entering new codes repeatedly with the safe open.
