Disarming error

!

TwinAlarm signals an error during disarming the burglar alarm system (BAS):
BAS cannot be disarmed because it does not acknowledge being disarmed.

✓

Contact staff with expert knowledge in alarm technology / technical support to
have the connection to the BAS checked.

Error card

!

An error occurred in the communication between the operating unit and a chip
card.

✓

Repeat the task you tried to accomplish before the display of the message.
Contact technical support if the message is displayed again.

Bus A/B Transmit Bus A/B Receive

!

A lock cannot be addressed via bus A / bus B. A bus cable connection

might be plugged in incorrectly or the cable might be out of order.

✓

If you cannot solve the problem, call for technical support.

another system component (a lock, for example). The operating unit has
received a command it was not supposed to receive.

the motor of the lock is out of order or the lock bolt cannot reach its end
position due to a mechanical problem.
