Opening is not possible. Lock has not been enabled via input contact RELEASE
of TwinXT / TwinAlarm.
✓
Check whether TwinXT / TwinAlarm are connected properly and whether the
lock should be blocked or not. Contact technical support, if the error message is
displayed again.
No TwinAlarm!
!
Alarm device TwinAlarm has not been activated.
✓
Make sure TwinAlarm is connected properly and is activated as well.
Lock system
!
A lock master has made an attempt of deregistering a code without which the
system could not be opened any more.
✓
Switch off option ‘Dual code (
two men rule
)’ or ‘Parallel code’ or authorise more
users to open the lock and register their code at the lock before deregistering
the code in question.
Special days
!
The current date has been defined as a ‘Special day’, on which opening is not
possible.
✓
Wait until the ‘Special day’ ends.
✓
Open the lock (with authorisation ‘
Q
uick open code’).
✓
Check whether the date has been set properly at the operating unit and, if it is
not the current date, change it.
Terminal change
!
The operating unit has been changed or reset. The display of the message ends
at the time a lock is opened.
✓
This message is displayed when a lock is opened or closed for the first time after
the operating unit has been reset or changed. In this context the message does
not require taking any measures.
✓
If the message is issued unexpectedly, somebody might have tried to manipulate
the system. In this case, contact security personnel.
Time p. aborted
!
Status message. Circuit TIMEOUT within the secured part of the system is
closed and suspends all active time programs or a user with the authorisation
‘quick open code’ has opened a lock although a timer program was active.

Open the circuit TIMEOUT at terminals 30 and 31 if you do not wish that active
time programs are suspended or
