Triggering Silent Alarm When Opening a Lock
That is an inconspicuous way to send a message calling for help. The alarm
cannot be triggered via RFID card
. When entering PIN code, trigger the
alarm by carrying out the steps listed below.
Settings
You have been authorised to open via PIN and, as it
may be, to arm the burglar alarm system (BAS). The
lock master has registered PIN code at the lock for you.
Option „Silent Alarm“
is activated via optional
software.
Take
an activated device TwinXT / TwinAlarm and a burglar (intruder)
alarm system (BAS / IAS).

and release it immediately, and, if required, press key

Before every input, the cursor displays a random digit.
7.
Instead of the last number (‘8’, for example) take its value (8) and add the
value which has been set via PC software
for ‘Silent alarm’ (ex works ‘1’,
value range 1-9) and confirm with
Enter
.
If the result is a two-
digit number, instead of sum ‘10’ enter 0, instead of ‘11’
1, instead of ‘12’ 2 etc.
The messages displayed and, if necessary, additional opening procedures are
the same as those of a standard opening process.
You have successfully triggered silent alarm.
