Chapter 9

To use calendar support with Lotus Notes:

1. Schedule appointments and meetings on the Lotus Notes

calendar the way you always do, and write notes as usual at
those meetings and appointments.

2. Links are added to the calendar at the regular uploads.

• If you select Show day-link only, links for a whole day appear

on the Calendar Entry window as an Event, shown in the
example below. Select “Click here to view handwritten ink”
to open the ink. After you open the link the first time, the
link also appears in the Welcome page when you open the
calendar.

If the calendar links do not
appear immediately, click
View > Refresh, or F9 to
refresh the links.

• If you select the Show day and activity links, notes appear in

the Notes Calendar appointments, shown below. Hold the
mouse pointer over the entry to see the full entry. Double-
click Handwritten Notes Link to open the ink.
