Boot CDs will have at least two file system entries, one ending with (Entry0)
and one ending with (Entry1). The file system with (Entry1) will have the boot
loader file(s). It is normally in the following location:
\efi\boot\bootia64.efi
This file or a batch file that calls this file may also be in the root directory.
Some commands, although not listed, are available. These can be used as
well as the official commands. Invoking the help option for these commands
shows the help for the official commands.
Table 4-2 Undocumented commands
In a multinode partition the EFI will enumerate all keyboards and mice. The
net effect of this is that any attached keyboard or mouse can be used.
There are a number of EFI executables that are worth copying to the system
partition so that they are available for maintenance and emergency purposes
without having to resort to a USB drive or CD. These are listed in Table 4-3.

4.1.3 Driver Setup
Driver Setup (on the main menu, Figure 4-2 on page 94) allows you to configure
different devices in the machine. For example, you can configure the LSI
controller to set up a RAID-1 array.
By default there will be five devices. See Figure 4-8 on page 104 for an example.
