not smoothly displayed. •
It can be improved by performing the following.

Check “System requirements for a PC” in the
Basic Information.

When clicking the back button
of the web browser, the
screen is not displayed
correctly. •
Press the [F5] key on the keyboard to refresh the
display.

Images are not fit in the
frames. •
When “120 DPI” or higher is selected for “DPI
setting”, they may not be displayed correctly.
Right-click on the desktop, click “Display
settings”, and then move the slider of “Change
the size of text, apps, and other items” to
“100% (Recommended)”.
Select “Landscape” of “Orientation”.

“Reached the concurrent
access limit. Please try
again later.” is displayed on
the “Live” page.
•
Change the value set for “Max bit rate (per
client)*” of the stream to a lower value.
•
Change the setting of “Initial display stream” to a
stream that a low value is set for “Max bit rate
(per client)*”.
