Prepare the area for assembly and disassembly considering the clearance dimensions of the
machine the manoeuvring area of the lifting equipment.
The work area must be marked off and access prohibited to unauthorized personnel.
The area dedicated to preparation and movement of the machine shall be free of obstacles
and materials that can create danger conditions for people or things.
Machine preparation
1.
Remove the rod battery from the rotary head.
2.
Move the head until it is near the lower limit.
3.
Place the mast in a horizontal position (position the mast as shown in the figure).
4.
Set the mast on the support (A).
5.
Fully retract the hydraulic cylinder for mast movement (C).
6.
Completely raise the stabilizers.
7.
Adjust the front stabilisers so they are in line with the machine (B).
8.
Doors with a lock must be locked to prevent them from being improperly opened.
9.
Wrap or attach the hoses onto the machine to prevent them from coming out of the
established clearances.
If the machine has to be shipped by sea, precautions will have to be taken to avoid the
oxidation of components:
•
apply purpose-provided protective coatings to the machine;
•
provide for suitable dehydrating agents in the electrical control panels to protect all
electrical/electronic devices.
