OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION MANUAL

A One time only

50 HOURS - HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT

Filters on tank

Wait for the parts that require attention to cool off.

Place the mast vertical.

WARNING!

Danger of burns!

The hydraulic oil tank and the oil it contains may reach high temperatures and
pressures.

Clean the area around the filters and connections (A)

Slowly unscrew the filling cap to release all pressure
inside.

Close the filling hole by screwing on the cap.

Loosen the screws of the cover (1).

Remove the filter cover (2).

Withdraw filter cartridge (3).

Let all oil drip off the cartridge.

Inspect the cartridge.

An excessive build-up of contaminants on the cartridge may
cause the following anomalies:
-

leaks in the hydraulic system: check the seal of the hydraulic system.

deterioration of hydraulic oil: take some samples of the hydraulic oil for laboratory testing

If the oil is excessively deteriorated or contaminated, it must be completely replaced (

10. Insert a new cartridge in the filter.

11. Check the condition of the filter seal gasket and replace it if it is damaged (4).
