HYDRAULIC OIL CHANGE
1.
Place the machine so that the shafts of the jack are
retracted as far as possible, compatible with the
current configuration.
2.
Clean the plugs and the surface around the plugs
(B, C).
WARNING!
Danger of burns!
The hydraulic oil tank and the oil it contains may
reach high temperatures and pressures. Wait for the
parts that require attention to cool off.
3.
Remove the plug (B).
4.
Use a pump to extract the oil from the tank.
5.
Place a container under the drain plug of the tank
which is large enough to collect the hydraulic oil
left in the tank and part of that in the circuit.
6.
Remove plugs C and drain out the oil.
7.
Clean the drain plug and put it back in place (C).
8.
Fill the tank with new oil. Check the oil level. The
level must be visible in the upper part of the level
indicator (D).
wait a few minutes for the oil to reach and fill the
various components of the hydraulic circuit
(pumps, directional control valves, etc.).
9.
Close the filling hole by screwing on the cap (B).
10. Start the machine at idle speed, perform a few manoeuvres and check the oil level. Top
up again if necessary.
It is also advisable to replace the hydraulic oil filters at this time.
The replaced oil must not be disposed of in the environment. It must be disposed of as
required by local laws
