HELMET
The helmet must be worn on the head from being struck, as may happen
if materials drop from above (for example earth or cement).

SAFETY GLASSES
The goggles must be worn to protect the eyes from debris, compressed
air, accidental blows and dust.

MASK
The mask must be worn to prevent inhalation of powder.
If compressed air is used for cleaning, it is possible to collect the dust
with a vacuum device.

GLOVES
Gloves must be worn to protect the hands against contact with materials
or substances that are harmful to the skin. They must be selected based
on the activity to be performed.

SAFETY SHOES
Safety shoes must be worn to prevent puncture or crushing injuries to
the feet.

EAR PROTECTION
Ear protection (plugs or earmuffs) must be used to reduce perceived
noise to a level that is not harmful to the health.
(For member countries of the EC: hearing protection is obligatory if the
level of acoustic pressure in the workplace exceeds 85 dB(A)).

CLOTHES
Staff must wear suitable work garments, free of loose parts.
Do not wear chains, bracelets or other objects which may become
entangled in moving parts.
Long hair must be collected to keep it from getting tangled in moving
parts.

SEFETY HARNESS
The safety harness must be used to protect persons against falls.
