WARNING!
If maintenance operations are to be performed with one or more machine functions
active, the following instructions must be complied with:
a)
during maintenance, two persons must be present: the operator, who acts as
safety supervisor for the other person who is working, and the maintenance
technician.
b)
the operator who is at the controls of the machine and the maintenance technician
must be able to see one another so that communication between them is easy an
unequivocal. When the operator and the maintenance technician cannot see one
another, a third person must coordinate their actions.
c)
the operator must act in accordance with the orders given by the maintenance
technician;
d)
before any part of the machine is moved, the maintenance technician must stand
clear, approaching the moving parts only when he is sure that his instructions
have been perfectly received by the operator;
e)
maintenance must be carried out with adequate lighting.
f)
the operator must have immediate access to an emergency shutdown device in
any situation.
Oil used for filling must have the same characteristics of replaced or added oil. If oil used for
filling is different, the oil which is already present must be drained and completely replaced.
Always wear gloves that are suitable for performing maintenance on the machine.
The maintenance technician must keep a record of all work performed.
