REPLACEMENT OF AIR FILTER IN HYDRAULIC OIL TANK

BRAKE MAINTENANCE 

– WINCH (BW 1500) 

The manufacturer company of the winch does not allow the opening of the hydraulic motor or 
any work on the negative brake (residual risk). 

The manufacturer company of the winch does not allow the opening of the reduction gear for 
any reason except for routine maintenance. 

After 1000 hours of winch operation a full service of the negative brake is mandatory. 

This  work  must  be  done  by  the  manufacturer  company  of  the  winch  or  by  an  authorised 
service centre.
