8 Commissioning Core Components

Smart cooling products that use power crossfeed can be powered on only after both power
inputs are connected.



Teamwork settings can be performed only after all smart cooling products in a group have
been powered on.

Preparations

Tools: none

mm Wide), power supply and distribution system diagram, cooling device layout diagram

Skill requirement: cooling engineer

For the diagrams and tables, see the initial configuration parameter manual for the solution in
use.

Procedure

Step 1

Switch on the input power circuit breakers for the air cooled precision smart cooling product
indoor units in the upstream PDC, and switch on fan circuit breakers in the electric control
box for the smart cooling product indoor units to power on the smart cooling product indoor
units.

Step 2

Switch on circuit breaker for the outdoor unit in the electric control box for the air cooled
precision smart cooling product indoor units to power on the smart cooling product outdoor
units.



Before the power-on commissioning, ensure that the air supply and return vents of smart
cooling products are not blocked.



The humidifier water refill and drainage work properly, and smart cooling product
condensate drainpipes are intact and not blocked.



If any alarm is raised, rectify the fault before continuing the commissioning.



Before power-on, clear dust, dirt, and foreign matter from the cabinet; otherwise, the water
pump may be blocked, resulting in drainage failure or serious equipment malfunction.

Step 3

Verify the initial configuration of the air cooled precision smart cooling product.
