One movement of the aerial part is not moving

Verify if ther

e’s some indication on the display that help in diagnose.

Verify that the relevant ON-OFF valve is fed.

Verify that the involved lever on the valveblock is not pressed on one
side (up or down).

Try to move the aerial part from the ground valveblock.
Verify joystick proper functioning by JOYSTICK menu

Aerial part not moving at all

Does it appear on the display the error list?

YES



From error list identify the items showing “NO” and

investigate accordingly



ST “N°”: if “NO” indicates that the outrigger “n” i

s not touching the

ground or its microswitch is not working properly



INCL: if “NO” indicates that the machine is not properly levelled or

that inclinometers are not properly calibrated or not working
properly



LOAD: if “NO” indicates that the weight in the

basket exceed the

limit or that load system is not properly calibrated or not working

properly



BASKET: if “NO” indicates that the remote control is not properly

positioned in its basket support or the sensor inside remote control
is not working properly



EDAL (optional): if “NO” indicates that pedal has to be pressed to

allow the aerial part movements



AUTOST: if “NO” indicates that automatic stabilization procedure
has not been properly completed till the “OK” on the display

With software RamHino it could be find also an eventual intermittent

signal that still gives “ON” on error list, otherwise some items could

be easily excluded as follows.

ST “n”: excluded bridging the cables on their connector

BASKET: excluded operating the aerial part from the ground control

position



Does the anomaly is both moving with engine or electric

motor?
NO



Exchange hoses on the double pumps to identify if an issue of

the pump or of the pipe

YES



Check safeties lines feedings arriving to master board, if they

are not fed follow the lines finding where the feeding is

missing.
Try to move the aerial part from the ground valveblock.

If present try to operate aerial part with its proportional valve
pressed.

Check hydraulic maximum valveblock calibration looking at
use and maintenance manual.
