Check voltage first on the magneto-thermic switch while machine is
plugged to the electric network with electric motor OFF and then check
voltage while electric motor running, if the difference is appreciable
(1÷2%) the cable is not proper.
C) Battery discharges while machine it’s used with electric motor
With battery not fully charged, while machine is plugged to the electric
network check with a current clamp the current coming from the
charger to the battery, is it at least 10 Ampere?
YES

Leave battery under charge to try to save it, otherwise it must be
replaced
NO

Check the charger output tension settled and charger input from
magneto-thermic switch and from network using the wiring
diagram, if setting and input are correct check replace the charger
D) Battery discharges while machine it’s used with engine
Check first battery voltage with machine ON but with engine OFF, then
with engine running at maximum rpm, if the difference is appreciable
generator and regulator are working properly.
In case of doubt, while engine is running at maximum rpm, check the
engine generator output or the battery level directly that’s should be
over 13 Volt, even if at minimum rpm the voltage could be lower.
4) ELECTRIC MOTOR TROUBLESHOOTING (NOT FOR LITHIUM
MACHINES)
A)
Electric motor doesn’t work fine
Make sure that the magneto-thermic switch is ON and proportional
valves not pressed.
If electric motor stalls check electric motor condenser.
Check that electric network voltage is proper and that cable length and
section are according use and maintenance manual indication,
maximum length of 10 meters (33 feet) with at least 3x4 mm2 section
for 110 V network or with at least 3x2,5 mm2 section for 220 V network.

5) ENGINE TROUBLESHOOTING
A)
Engine not starting
Does the starter run?
NO

Check if display icon showing the engine/electric motor condition
shows the right symbol according to the machine condition, id it
shows electric motor running press one time the electric motor
ignition button.
Check display and eventual emergency stop icon, in case go to
point 2E of the present troubleshooting
