2) REMOTE CONTROL TROUBLESHOOTING:
A)
Display off
Check master board green lights, are they on?
NO

Is there the feeding to master board pin B1?
NO

Check lead battery level, battery cutter and feeding line
YES

Reboot master board software or replace it
YES

Check remote control connector/cable conditions on the basket,
measure the tension between wires n.1 (plus) and n.7 (ground),
are there12 Volt?
NO

Check control position selector position.
Try to connect the remote control at the ground cable
operating accordingly
YES

Try another remote control
B) “DOWNLOAD” on the display
DOWNLOAD is the remote control initialization procedure, it runs every
time a remote control is fit on another model machine.
Check if DOWNLOAD number are streaming and then wait a few
minutes.
If they stop at a certain value try again after restarting by main key
after having disconnected the modem.
C) “PREOPERATING” on the display
Check remote control connector/cable conditions on the basket and after
disconnecting the remote control verify on the connector wires n.5 (low)
and n.6 (high) continuity, verify 2,4-2,6 Volt between wires n.5 (low)
and n.7, and between wires n.6 (high) and n.7. Did you find any
anomaly?
YES

Check green connector on master board and CAN BUS line
between remote control and master board.
Check control position selector position.
NO

Try to connect the remote control at the ground with the optional
cable operating accordingly. If it does not start the DOWNLOAD try
on another remote control or reboot master board software.
D) “HELP ERROR” on the display
Going to the ERROR MENU pages are there any voice indicated with
“NO”?
YES

This voice corresponds to a double lines device with one line not
working properly, check if it depends on device or wires or
connections. With software Ramhino it could be find also an
eventual intermittent signal
NO

Verify by INPUT menu that inclinometers are properly calibrated
and that their values “INCLIN X” and “INCLIN Y” are almost stables.
If HELP ERROR appears only working with engine and not with
electric motor it could depends on vibrations.
Check if depends on one photocell that temporarily loses its signal,
this could be done looking at photocells red and green lights on it.
