On this message the internal error memory is read out and the error counter is reduced by 1. There are two types of answer
that use a different time stamp. Original time stamp references the time since the start of the SW. New time stamp references
the time since 1970-01-01 in ms

0 = answer 1, timestamp in ms since last SW restart
1 = answer 2, timestamp in ms since 1970-01-01
Only one selection may be used in the system at a time. The internal error counter is reduced by one for each query, so that
the corresponding response is sent when the selection is changed. This would mean, e.g. with 2 errors in memory, that once
answer 1 and once answer 2 are transmitted as acknowledgement.
