The gap between the joints, the cabinets must be sealed so that no water or dirt can penetrate into
the system from above or from the side. When the back of the cabinets is no longer accessible after
installation, a foam tape must be glued into the profile groove on both sides before assembly. After
assembly of the cabinets, the sealing tape (“Cover extrusion“, Accessory-No. 20) is inserted at the
top and front.
Installation of the Cooling System
There are internal cooling circuits in a three cabinets that have been separated from the distribution
block for transport. For units with a rated of 160kW, the block is to the left side of the input trans-
former.. All internal connections must be restored before connecting to the building's cooling circuit.
Reconnect the internal cooling circuits according to the labelling of the hoses and the distribution
block and the general plan in
Fig. 16 (p. 28)
. To do this, push the free hose ends onto the matching
nozzles of the distribution block and secure the connection using the hose clamps supplied (accessory
no. 23).
Attention: For a better distribution of the water flow, flow and return flow are connected to the
distributor block in opposite directions!

If a customer specific system differs from the standard plan and additional plan will be provided,
that has to be followed.
