7 Cleaning and servicing the heating system – Procedure

141

Pull out the downpipe (2) in an upward direction.

Insert the downpipe (1) on the hook (3).

Check the fill level of the ash bin (3).

✓

If the ash bin is not yet full, reclose it.

✓

If the ash bin is full, empty it.

Do this by pulling out the ash bin (3).

Empty the ash into a fireproof container.

Reattach the ash bin (3) to the heating system by reversing these
steps.

Deactivate the maintenance function.

The emptying of the ash bin is completed.

Allow the fire in the heating system to burn out and cool down.
