50 kW may be installed in a boiler room.

Boilers for solid fuels with a nominal thermal power of more than 50
kW may only be installed in special boiler rooms.

PPLICABLE REGULATIONS
Local building regulations always apply. In Germany, individual state
regulations on boilers and furnaces (FeuVO) also apply.
