7 Cleaning and servicing the heating system – Requirements

Release the M6 screws (SW10) (4) of the chain guard cover (2) and
remove it.

Check the chain tension (1).

✓

If the drive chain has approximately 1 cm play, the tension is cor-
rect.

✓

If the drive chain has more play, it must be tightened.

Loosen the M10 locking nut (SW17) on the chain tensioner (3).

✓

The chain tensioner can be moved.

Move the chain tensioner (3) to the side until the drive chain has
sufficient tension again.

Secure the chain tensioner (3) in this position.

✓

The drive chain is tightened.

Mount the chain guard (2) back on the feeding system.

Re-starting the heating system.

Checking the feeding drive chain is completed.
