2.5.2

Early Model Cooling Control Panel Wiring

NOTE:

Two different Cooling Control Panel sizes have been produced (see Table 2-2 on
page 2-5). If your panel size measures 400x300x150 mm, refer to drawing 843-
5396-865 for the following three procedures, then continue with the section
called "2.5.3 Continue Cooling System Installation" on page 2-14.
If your panel measures 500x500x200 mm, turn back to section "2.5.1 Large
Cooling Control Panel Wiring" on page 2-8.

Connect the AC wiring between the
cooling control panel and the pump
module and heat exchanger. Follow
the AC Power Flow Diagrams and
Electrical Installation Diagrams
mentioned at the beginning of this
section. All AC connections are
connected to terminals labeled X1.

Connect the control and status wires
between the cooling control panel and
the pump module with the supplied
16-2-12C (screened) multi-conductor
cable. These connections are on
Electrical Installation Drawing, 843-
5575-129. These low level signals
connect from terminals X2-21 through
X2-28 in the cooling control panel to
X1-8 through X1-15 in the pump
module. Table 2-5 is a connection
reference chart.
