NOTE: Open and assemble only one product
at a time to avoid a potential mix-up of parts
and hardware.
It is adviseable to assemble the unit on a
carpet to avoid scratches.
General Assembly
Sliding Door Assembly
STEP 1: Unpack and inspect individual pieces for damages or missing hardware
STEP 2: Pick a clean unobstructed area to assemble desk.
STEP 3: Installation of Hutch on Base unit. There are pre-installed strips of double
sided Tape on the bottom of the Unit. Peel off protective cover and place unit onto
base as required.
* Placement of the hutch should be such that the side gables of the Hutch
storage unit line up with the gables on the base unit. Off module installation
of storage hutches is not recommended.
*Hutches with Sliding doors are shipped assembled with Sliding doors uninstalled
STEP 4: Layout Sliding Doors an clean unobstructed surface, orient top and
bottom of doors based on handle positions.
STEP 5: Bottom Casters and Top Glides are provided. Place Bottom Caster
pieces in cut-outs along bottom edge of both doors and screw into place with
provided screws. Do the same for the Top Glides.
a. Insure that the top glide is “retracted” using the slide adjustment.
STEP 6: Place the fi rst door in back rear track engaging the bottom caster into
the track, tip door in and line up with upper rear track. Extend the top glide us-
ing adjustment slide adjustment for each top glide.
a. Repeat for door on front track.
STEP 7: Install provided handles into pre-drilled hole positions on left and right.
