NOTE: Open and assemble only one product
at a time to avoid a potential mix-up of parts
and hardware.
It is adviseable to assemble the unit on a
carpet to avoid scratches.
STEP 1: Unpack and inspect individual pieces for damages or missing hardware.
STEP 2: Pick a clean unobstructed area to assemble desk. This unit is best to as-
semble upside down.
STEP 3: Determine position of left and right gables as this will determine position
of hardware.
a. Orient partial gable so that exposed holes are on back edge. Install levellers
into T nuts, using mallet install into pre-drilled holes on the bottom of gable.
Install Blum connector screws on the top and back edge into pre-drilled
holes. Note that 2 holes are available in each position, install in hole closest
to underside of the desk.
b. End gable connecting, orient with Blum connectors facing inside of desk
Install levellers into T nuts, using mallet install into pre-drilled holes on the
bottom of gable. Install Blum connector screws on the top and back edge
into pre-drilled holes. Note that 2 holes are available in each position, install
in hole closest to underside of the desk.
c. Full modesty panel. Install Blum connector screws on the top and back
edge into pre-drilled holes.
d. Full end gable, orient with Blum connectors facing inside of desk. Install
levellers into T nuts on bottom of gable. Install Blum connector screws on
the top and back edge into pre-drilled holes. Note that 2 holes are available
in each position, install in hole closest to underside of the desk.
STEP 4: Connect chassis together by lining up Blum connectors with Blum con-
nector screws on adjoining pieces. Tighten Blum connectors ¼ turn, do not over
tighten.
STEP 5: Lay worksuface on fl oor with Blum connectors facing up. Install assembled
chassis by lining up Blum connector screws with the Blum connectors on the
worksurface top. Tighten Blum connectors ¼ turn, do not over tighten.
STEP 6: Stand completed assembly upright.
STEP 7: Using the provided #8 x ¾ wood screws, secure fl at brackets to the under-
side of adjoining surfaces. The half fl at bracket is to be installed in the “cableway”
opening in the narrow gable. Install full fl at bracket half way between front edge of
surface and the front edge of the half Gable.
a. Connecter nolt and nut will be used to gang narrow gable to narrow
gable of adjoining assembly using hex wrench.
