9.2 Clearing Paper Jams

Paper jam at finisher tray

The following message will be displayed if paper is jammed. Follow the instructions below to clear the
jammed paper.

Procedure

Remove the jammed
paper from the finisher
tray.

If the paper is torn, check that no torn pieces are left in the
machine.

Open and Close the right door of the finisher until the
message disappears.

Paper Jam

Remove jammed sheets from the Finisher Tray.

Open and Close Finisher right door.

●

If the front door is not closed
completely, an error message is
displayed and the machine will not
start.
