Scanning Documents
When you save the scanned data in a mailbox, select Scan to change the copy mode.
A name will be automatically assigned to the file saved in the mailbox.

* The default setting is Multi-page TIFF. When selecting Single-page TIFF, it changes to “A: Available”.

The scan area starts within 1 mm of the edge of the paper.

The automatically assigned file name will be in the following format: 2000-08-01_15-45-05.
●
When Scan mode is selected, you cannot use Interrupt copying.
●
Assign a password to the Mailbox as necessary. For details, refer to “7.2 Mailbox Settings”.
●
After you select Single-page TIFF, Single-page TIFF (JPEG), or Single-page TIFF (G3MH) to scan the document, the
scanned pages are saved as a file even if you stop scanning in progress.
