9.0 Troubleshooting

10.1 Unable to enter
password when attempting
to access the programming
menu.
1. Cursor not active.
a. Press Enter. Cursor
should begin to blink.
Now enter password.
1. Inlet coupling not
connected
a.
Connect pump inlet
coupling (see Appendix
photo).
2. Line restriction
a. Check for kinks in product
tubing.
b. Verify that the gray
discharge-tube check
valve is installed with the
arrow pointing in the
direction of flow.
3. Pump not primed
a. De-couple the pump inlet
coupling and lower the
inlet tube to release any
trapped air back into the
tank.
b. Depress the check valve
‘buttons’ located in the
center of both halves of
the inlet coupling. This
ensures that the check
valves are not sticking.
10.2 Pump will not prime to
washer.
Note: pump may
require up to 1 minute to
prime completely for initial
priming operation.
4. Product valve
a. Attempt to prime the next
washer. If priming is
achieved, verify power at
the problem-valve and
replace coil or valve if
necessary.
1. High level sensor failure
a. If tank level diagnostic
indicates
“Tank level =
MID”
when tank is known
to be full, replace high
level switch in the tank
10.3 Water from overflow
tube.
2. Hot or cold water solenoid
valve failure
a. Turn dispenser “off”. If
water continues to flow,
repair or replace hot or
cold water solenoid valve.
